Sequence is simply the juxtaposition of various process information on a new piece of data. For example, if we say, columns, and people under the first and last name with another that we can use for their own web name. All we must do is the string with the title, the first and last name, separated by spaces.
Excel offers two methods, the concatenation of data. The first is the use of the ampersand (’&’), the association is the operator: The second is to use the CONCATENATE. To use it and in our “Title, First Name, Surname:” So we started in the model “=” to indicate that we want, for a function. Secondly, we see the cell as the title Excel for a reference to the cell, our formula.
Then, we need a space for the titles from the first name. To do this, we give an operator the meeting, followed by a space. However, space is a sign, it must be quoted. Thus, we “&” “&”. Now, click the cell that the first name, type “&” “&” once again, for a space between the first name in the name.
In conclusion, we have on the cell with the name and to confirm the formula, either press Enter or click the Enter key on the left side of the formula bar.
Now to the CONCATENATE function. If you insert the command, which is the category and you can chain up to 255 pieces of information. For example, we say that our title in the cell C2, the first name of the D2 and our name in E2, our formula is “= CONCATENATE (C2,” “, D2,” “, E2).
What is the best method, to be honest, there is not much to choose between them. Just use the technique that makes more sense to you. An argument for using the first method is that the use of the conjunction operator is found in almost all the scripts and programming languages. Some environments such as a commercial operator, others use the most.
